East Lake Woodlands

In accordance with Florida Statute 720, East Lake Woodlands Community Association is managed on a volunteer basis by a nine-member Board of Directors. 

Consistently striving to ensure the community's reputation for quality of life is never diminished, our financial resources are managed both efficiently and effectively to contain costs and ensure good value for our association members.

East Lake Woodlands Community Association was recently recognized as The Best-Managed Community in the Tampa Bay Area by the Suncoast Chapter of the Community Association Institution.
