East Lake Woodlands Community Association (ELWCA)

Release: January 2026
Scope: Website Modernization, Content Reorganization & Resident Experience Improvements
Infrastructure, Performance & Reliability
Image optimization across desktop and mobile devices for faster page loads

Navigation & User Experience Enhancements

East Lake Woodlands has implemented cleaner layouts and simplified navigation across the site to improve user interaction. Menus have been streamlined and the page hierarchy clarified, allowing residents to access information more quickly. The "Members Only" section now features clearer access paths and improved request routing. Site sections have been reorganized to better reflect how residents seek content, enhancing overall usability.

Visual Design & Layout Improvements

Updated imagery and improved formatting across key pages enhance the overall user experience. Consistent typography, spacing, and animations have been applied throughout the Lifestyle pages to maintain a cohesive look. Flat image sections in Lifestyle and Proximity areas have been reformatted to match the carousel-based layouts used elsewhere on the site. A framework has been prepared to support future additions of community, property, and aerial photography.

Meetings, Minutes & Dynamic Calendar System

Implemented a dynamic calendar system for meetings and events including Board of Directors meetings, Controlled Access meetings, and future scheduled community meetings. The calendar updates dynamically without requiring page redesigns, ensuring current information is always available. Meetings are clearly labeled as in-person or virtual via Microsoft Teams, with Management & Associates office address provided for in-person attendance. The 2025 Board of Directors and Controlled Access agendas and minutes have been updated and published. The Manager’s Report was removed for clarity, and all meeting documents prior to 2023 have been archived. Documentation was created to support ongoing calendar, agenda, and minutes updates.
